There is free parking at Camping & Glamping Slovakia. Your car should be left at the parking lot. However, in dry weather condition we allow our guests to park next to the tent as long as it doesn’t bother the other guests.

What can you expect from our sanitary facilities? One picture is worth a thousand words. So let us just show you what it looks like. [smartslider2 slider=”15″] You don’t pay anything extra for using the sanitary facilities.

Everyone staying for a week or longer gets one laundry washing cycle for free. Otherwise the costs are 2.50 for one cycle.

Common room

If you don’t mind the remodelling that is currently taking place, you can spend your rainy day, watch a movie in the evening, or use our free WIFI here. Our common room in meant for all camping guests and can accommodate up to 20 people. It’s furnished with a dining set and sofa with a coffee table.

Your pets are welcome at Camping & Glamping Slovakia, and can even stay for free, as long as they are not dangerous to people or other animals and are walked outside of the camp ground. Pets must be under control at all times; they should be well behaved, or kept on a leash while in camp grounds, picnic areas and other developed areas. The rooms and the most tents rented out by the camp site are pet free.

There are board and card games, books and magazines to borrow and a projector for great outdoor movie evenings. Oh, and access to free WIFI internet, too. 😉

Campfire and grill

For many campers a camp fire is an intimate bond with nature that is linked to a set of unique traditions. We cherish this tradition. However summers in Slovakia are often very hot and dry. Many wildfires are started by camp fires. For this reason and in order to protect the surrounding nature there are provincial rules that prevent campers from starting  their own camp fire at random locations. Not to worry though, you can enjoy a camp fire at our common camp fire location and make some friends. If you are looking for some more privacy, there are even some preset campfire locations along the hiking trails not too far from the camping. You will be sure find one just to yourself. Grills are allowed at all locations, however, we do ask you to be considerate to your neighbours (nobody likes to be smoked out of their tent) and keep wildfire prevention rules in mind.
